Returns & Exchanges
At REPUTED, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with the product, we’re happy to exchange, replace, or refund your purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate any returns or exchanges, please contact us with the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Product/s for return
- Reason for return
Once we receive the returned item, processing the refund or exchange may take up to 7 days. After processing, please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs, duties, or taxes.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, if you wish to exchange an item that has not been used and is still in its original packaging, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will work with you to arrange an exchange where possible.
